Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers

BLS certification is the standard CPR course for nurses, doctors, paramedics, and first responders who need a provider-level credential. It covers:

High-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants
The Chain of Survival and team dynamics
Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Relief of choking in adults, children, and infants
Certification: AHA BLS Provider Card, valid for 2 years

Heart Saver CPR & AED (For General Public)

Heartsaver CPR & AED is the AHA course for teachers, coaches, security personnel, and anyone who wants workplace-ready CPR and AED skills. It covers:

Hands-on CPR for all age groups
Recognizing cardiac arrest and responding effectively
Safe, correct use of an AED
Handling choking emergencies
Certification: AHA Heartsaver CPR & AED Card, valid for 2 years

Pediatric
CPR & First Aid

Pediatric CPR & First Aid is designed for parents, caregivers, and daycare providers who need to respond to child and infant emergencies. It covers:

Child and infant CPR techniques
Pediatric choking response
First aid basics for burns, wounds, and allergic reactions
When to call 911 and how to stay calm

Important Course Requirements

ALL students must have the current AHA book for their respective course. If purchased elsewhere, a receipt must be emailed to INSTRUCTOR@SAVEALIFEEMSINC.COM before class.
Books from other agencies, including the Red Cross, are not accepted for AHA certification.
Students must present all required documents and payments before the course starts. Missing documents or unpaid balances can delay your AHA eCard.
